New Patients

We cannot treat what we cannot see. By utilizing a vast amount of proven technologies we can identify each patients individual needs and concerns regarding oral health.

All new patients at Quail Ridge Dental will be provided the following:

• 3D scan of face and jaws to assess bone health, sinuses and jaw joint health, as well as missing or impacted teeth and wisdom teeth if present.
• A fully digital scan of your upper and lower jaws. This allows Dr. Calder to show you areas of your mouth that are not visible to you. It allows him and the team to monitor your gum and tooth health and show patients what they are seeing. This technology also allows them overlay scans from year to year to illustrate tooth wear, tooth movement, chipping and wearing from grinding or other oral habits.
• Intraoral X-rays to diagnose cavities, gum and bone levels, and general tooth wear.
• Full mouth periodontal assessment and needed hygiene therapy

Collecting this vast amount of information and 3D images allows the team to show you what they see, identify concerns and provide solutions that are unique to each and every patient.
